Different types of shoots require various levels of editing and processing time. For our real estate listing shoots we aim to deliver in 24-48 hrs. Larger scale projects with more detail such as architectural portfolio work we typically finish within 4-7 days.

All Real Estate work is 100% paid for at time of delivery so no fee to book the shoot, and only pay when you go to download the final edited media files. For larger scale projects we ask for a 50% booking fee, and the other 50% at time of delivery. We do this because our larger shoots often need a whole or half day appointment

We can assist with writing scripts for and video projects that you or your team will be apart of. Although we highly suggest you attempt to write a rough script yourself as you will know industry details much better than us and can also speak in your natural style which clients can definitely pick up on.

Our team needs to be fully free to have creative control over the shoot, environment, and timeline so it is a Requirement that we be the only media services on site for the scheduled shoot. This extends to other industries as well, such as landscapers, cleaners, painters, staggers. We ask that no other appointments be made even on the same day as your scheduled photo shoot.
